Who we are
REPAL was founded in 1992 and for three decades has been supplying its own products for leisure, sport and everyday wear. Our range includes a wide choice of beanies, headbands, hats and peaked caps made of various materials and in a wide range of colours, from the smallest sizes up to adults. We have expanded production to include popular beanies with the Čičmany and folklore pattern.

In addition to our own collection, we also do custom production of various beanies, peaked caps and headbands – including from materials supplied directly by the customer. We produce for sports clubs, hunters, anglers and various other organisations.

We supply wholesalers and retailers of textiles, companies that make and sell workwear, advertising agencies and sports clubs. We produce to order according to the needs and requirements of the partner, including custom patterns and embroidery. More than two hundred regular customers in Slovakia and abroad work with us.

Z akého materiálu šijete čiapky a čelenky?
The basis is cotton jersey with a composition of 96.5% cotton and 3.5% elastane, in smooth, ribbed and patterned versions. We sew functional headbands from 100% PES with a cotton lining. The stretchy jersey adapts to the head circumference, so the product holds its shape and is not tight.
Aké veľkosti máte v ponuke?
Baby beanies start at size 32/34 for children from 0 to 3 months and continue through 36/38 and 40/42. Children’s and junior models cover sizes 44/46, 48/50 and 52/54 from 1 to 15 years. We sew women’s and men’s headbands and beanies in sizes 48/50 and 52/54; neck warmers come in a universal size.
Zvládnete výšivku s naším logom?
Yes, on Japanese TAJIMA machines we embroider logos, emblems and 3D embroidery. We apply the embroidery directly to our products, to finished clothing, to a sewn blank or to fabric before cutting. We embroider on polo shirts, beanies, peaked caps, towels, sweatshirts, jumpers, vests, bags and backpacks.
